フランス語のサイトなので、よくわかりませんが、今はハイネケンの傘下のビールです。フランス語表記とドイツ語表記並列の変わった名前のビールです。
余談ですが、フランスや後にアップロード予定のスペイン、イタリア等、南欧のビールは王冠でありながら、スクリューキャップの様な開け方ができる独特の王冠です。タオルか何かないと手が傷だらけになりますが・・・。

I cannot follow what it is described on the website because it is written in French, anyway it is under the umbrella of Heineken Group. The name of beer is mixed of French and German, thus unique name.
It is particular character that the crown cap can be opened likewise screw cap.

Fischer Tradition Alsace from France

歴史的にフランスとドイツ間の国境変更で翻弄されたアルザスのビールです。1821年にストラスブールで創業しましたが、水質の関係で1854年にシルティッヒハイムに移転し、その後1922年に近隣の醸造所に引き継がれ、1996年にオランダのハイネケンに買収されます。2009年には醸造所自体を閉鎖、同じ町にあるエスペランス醸造所での製造に移されるなど、落ち着かないブランドです。先述のクローネンブール同様、ストラスブール出身の醸造所はドイツビール純粋令に倣って、ビールを造る風土がありました。

The Fischer Brewery was founded in 1821 in Strasbourg, Alsace region in France. Moving to Schiltigheim in 1854 because of the water quality. They took over Adelshoffen Brewery in neighbor then was in turn taken over by Heineken in 1996 and then the brewery was closed in 2009 and transferred production to Esperance Brewery also in Schiltigheim.

フランスで一番メジャーなビールです。1664年にジェローム・ハットによってストラスブール（当時は神聖ローマ帝国領内でした）でハット醸造所として設立されました。1850年にクローネンブールに移転して、現在のブランド名になりました。今はデンマークのカールスバーグの傘下です。

フランスはコルシカ島の地ビールです。コルシカ島といえば、ナポレオンの出身地で、歴史的にイタリアとフランスの間で帰属に翻弄された島です。
コルシカ島では栗の木は聖なる木とされ、山間地主体のコルシカ島では、麦の栽培に難儀し、栗の粉を使用したパンが主食でした。よって、麦芽に栗の粉を混ぜてビールを作る事を思い付き、できたのがこのピエトラです。このピエトラ（Pietra）は産みの親であるドミニク（Dominique）の出身地ピエトラセラ村（Pietraserra）をもじって命名されました。


Pietra Beer, the original product from the Brewery is a specialty bottom-fermentation beer and a beautiful amber colouring. It is brewed using tradition and craft methods from selected malts and Corsican chestnut flour. Mixed to the malt during mashing, the chestnut is used as a prime ingredient rather than as flavouring. This blend, unique in the world, gives Pietra its distinctive personality.

The origin of St. landelin dates back to the year 1032 in the Crespin Abbey. The monks of this abbey decided to build a brewery on the exact site where the abbey's founder, St. Landelin, discovered a source of natural spring water.
