東京駅地下のとある酒屋さんで限定醸造のビール発見！アルコール度数はなんと18度！値段もいいが、悩みに悩んだ末、手にとってレジに行っていた。今月の大事な日に開けようと思う。

限定3,600本生産で通し番号は92。

ということで結婚記念日に開けました。

香りは緻密でクリーミー、トロピカルフルーツ、ラズベリーやシトラス様々で複雑な香味。アメリカンIPAを更に強くした様な圧倒的な存在感。

でも私が感じたのはドライトマトのような香り、ビールというには泡もなく濃厚な味。麦芽で造ったワインと表現したい。

Why did I pop in the liquor shop in Tokyo Station on the way to go home? Thus, I was obliged to purchase the beer which is very small number of limited edition batches per year. What is more the alcohol content is 18%! Although it is not reasonable price, finally I bought it. I intend to open it on the memorial day in this May. 

Thus, it was opened on wedding anniversary. It is actually special beer as if malt wine. the flavour likes dried tomatoes. It should be slow drink type. It is brewed and released once and very small number of limited edition batches per year. It is bottle-conditioned, individually numbered and known only by its release code.

Moravia Pils from Germany

モラヴィアというとチェコ東部にある地域でホップの有名な産地を連想すると思います。しかし、このビールはドイツのハンブルグのものです。おそらく遠い昔にエルベ川を下って伝わったのではないでしょうか？
ホルステンビールのスーパープレミアムピルスナーの称号です。非常に強い炭酸でかなりドライなビールです。

Talking of Moravia, many people consider being reminded of Eastern Czech Republic and one of famous hops production area. It is, however, German beer from Hamburg. It might be the name was transmitted through the Elbe river? Anyway, it is a title of super premium pilsener of Horsten Beer. Very strong carbonation and dry taste.

Frankenheim Alt from Germany

ドイツデュッセルドルフのビールといえばアルトビールです。"古い"という単語が語源ですが、濃い赤銅色で古くからの上面発酵方式なので、この名前がついています（現在主流のラガービール、ピルスナービールは下面発酵）。このフランケンハイムは苦みが強い割に濃度が軽く飲みやすいビールです。

Talking of local beer in Düsseldorf, it's alt beer which means "old" in Germany. It is named because it is brewed by top fermentation. Frankenheim is a kind of alt beer but light taste and smooth to drink.
