その名も”まるごと国産”、数量限定ビールをゲットして早速飲みました。純国産の大麦麦芽とホッ
プだけで造られたビールです。落ち着いて考えたらなんてことないんでしょうが、気分的にうまく感じます。
材料のホップと大麦は種子からサッポロビールの社員が育種、それを播種から栽培した入れ込みようです。大麦は埼玉県産大麦”彩の星”、ホップは北海道富良野産”リトルスター”使用です。

Hacker-Pschorr Munich Gold from Germany

1972年にHackerとPschorrが合併してできたミュンヘンの醸造所です。一方のHackerは創業1417年でドイツビール純粋法（1516年）よりさらに99年も前に設立された歴史ある醸造所です。透明感ある金色のラガータイプで、すっきり飲みやすいのに、コクがあるすばらしいビールです。現在は大手Paulanerの傘下ですので、オクトーバーフェストでもありつけます。

Hacker-Pschorr is a brewery in Munich, which formed in 1972 out of merger of two breweries, Hacker and Pschorr. Hacker was founded in 1417, i.e. 99 years ago the enactment of the Reinheitsgebot Purity Law.

本ブログ500投稿目は日本でもよく見かけることができるセレブラトールドッペルボックです。ドイツ南部のアイインガーの地方醸造所で様々なタイプのビールを造りますが、特にこのドッペルボックはずば抜けて個性的、コクのあるバランスの取れたとてもすばらしいビールです。このセレブラトールは輸出用のブランド名で、ドイツ国内ではフォルツナトルと呼ばれています。

Celebrator Doppel Bock is brand name for export while it is called Fortunator in Germany. Privat Brauerei Franz Inselkammer brews many kinds of beer and it is the benchmark beer of them.

Detmolder is brewed by three women, Simone, Renate and Friederike of Privatbraierei Strate which is compare to "castle brewery", one of the most beautiful brewery in Germany. Thusnelda-Pils was awarded the best of beer in 2013 in Germany.
