これは、業務用のみで、お店に行かないと飲めません。ヱビスツアーで2種類2杯（厳密には3種類2.5杯）飲んだ後にヱビス記念館テイスティングサロンで遭遇した。本当にクリーミーな泡で、スタウトなのに苦みはほどほどでチョコレートを思わせる香りと甘みが絶妙でした。

Museum of YEBISU Beer (Part 2) -Special Print version-

ヱビスビールの図柄は通常、戎さまが鯛を釣りあげてにこやかにしているものですが、数百本に1本の割合で、魚籠にも鯛が入っているバージョンがあるそうです。

Generally, the label design of YEBISU Beer is smiling YEBISU with a Sea bream but special print version which is 2 Sea breams with one per a couple of bottles. Did you know?

ヱビスビール記念館に行きました。

ヱビスビール生誕120周年を記念して、今年の2月にオープンしました。

webサイトを見るとこじんまりしていますが、内容は非常にすばらしく、ツアー案内頂く社員の方のプレゼンテーションも話し方抜群。

品質重視のヱビスビールは偽物に悩まされ、また発売当初、かけそば10杯分もした高価な飲みもの、その普及のために、日本初のビアホールを銀座に立ち上げ、設立10年でパリ万博に出展、見事金賞受賞等、興味深いお話の後、2種類のヱビスビールの試飲があり、満足の内容でした。

Leffe from Belgium

これは日本でも有名なベルギービールです。修道院ビールの一種ですが、ナポレオン戦争以後醸造はせず、個人消費のためだけに地ビール醸造所で作っていました。その地ビール醸造所は大手醸造会社に引き継がれ、レフブランドとして強力なマーケティングで再生しました。

通常、同じ種類のビールは購入しなかったのですが、このレフについては、気に行っていたのか、4種類にトライしています。どれも個性的でおいしいビールです。

The Norbertine abbey of Leffe has not brewed since the Napoleonic wars. The brothers arranged for a local brewer to make beer for them. The brewery was taken over and the Leffe brands have ended up in the mighty marketing hands of Interbrew, which closed the last resting-place of Leffe at Brasserie St.-Guibert and now produces most of the range at its vast beer factory in Leuven.

Augustijn from Belgium

ラベルから修道院ビールと思います。1295年からと言うことで相当歴史ある修道院ビールです。しかしながら、今はSteenbergeの傘下になっています。1978年にSteenberge社がこのオーガスタインの製造方法を取得、現在に至るとあります。

Although Augustijn is one of Abbey beer brewed by the Augustine Friars in Ghent since 1295, Brewery Van Steenberge acquired the recipe of the beer in 1978.
