Didrik Luxusbryg from Denmark

決してメジャーではないデンマークビールブランドですが、日本で入手可能です。直訳すると”ディードリックの贅沢なビール”ですが、さすが、自身の農場で採れた穀物を使用してのこだわりのビールです。ディードリックは1661年から1978年まで11世代に渡ってユトランド半島南部にあるシャッケンボー城を治めたオットー・ディードリックに由来します。フルボディなしっかりした中にかすかな甘みを感じさせるビールです。


Didrik Luxusbryg has a harmonious balance between sweetness and strength. The grain from their own fields are malted, so the natural taste gets through in this powerful luxusbryg. Didrik is named after Otto Didrik Schack, as a former owner of Schakenborg. Schakenborg was in Schackslægtens ownership from the year 1661 issue for 1978 in a total of 11 generations.

Red Erik from Denmark

このビールはCeresとあるのでデンマークビールですが、実際に飲んだのはイタリアでした。名前の通り、赤い色したビールで、南欧特有のカクテルビールと思いましたが、本拠地デンマークでも販売しているようです。ともあれ、ベリー系ジュースで割ったビールです。


I tried the beer not in Denmark but in Italy in spite of Ceres, Danish brewery. Cocktail beer is preferred in the south of Europe thus I thought the beer is distributed in Italy but it seems to be distributed in Denmark as well. Anyway, the beer red colour caused by the use of juice from berries and fruits.

Prima Landøl from Denmark

私がデンマーク在住時（2004～2006年）にはJohn Rasmussen Bryggeriという地ビール醸造所でしたが、今はRefsvindinge Bryggeriの傘下のようです。どうでもいいことですが、このビールは当時、漢方薬のような香りがすると私は記述していましたが、ドイツのラオホビールを知る前でしたので、無理もないと思います。燻煙した麦芽で醸造するビールです。


It was brewed by John Rasmussen Brygerri, when I had been in Denmark but it is under the umbrella of Resfsvindinge Brygerri. It does not matter for me, anyway. I did not know "Rauch Bier", which is smoked beer, therefore I commented Chinese medicine flavour.

その名の通り、大麦ワイン。アルコール度数の高いエールタイプのビールを指します。飲み方としては、食後に室温で（決して冷やさずに）いただきます。寝酒として読書しながら飲むのもいいですが、当時の私は、そんなこと知らずに冷やして飲んでしまいました。香ばしい香りです。


Barley Wine is a kind of ale which is strong alcohol. It should be served at room temperature (not chilled). It is also good for night caps.
