Keesmann Hell from Germany

バイエルン（南ドイツ）バンベルクの地ビールで、元々お肉屋さんだったそうです。ヘルとはドイツ語で「淡い」という意味です。ピルスナータイプに似て色が淡いためで味はしっかりしています。南ドイツでビールと言えば、このヘル（またはヘレス）です。

Keesmann is a local brewery in Bamberg, which was a butcher from the first. Hell means "Pale" in English and it stands for pale colour such as Pilsner but the taste is not pale but full body. Talking of beers in south of Germany, it is Hell (Helles) style.
