Birra Moretti from Italy

19世紀に欧州で生まれた四大ビールといえば、コクのあるミュンヘン・デュンケルで有名なバヴァリアビール、かつては上面発酵タイプでしたが後にドライな味の下面発酵淡色ビールに変わったドルトムントビール、ピルスナースタイルのボヘミアビール、そして、ラガービールスタイルのオーストリア、ウィンナービールです。
このウィンナービールの生みの親がアントン・ドレハー氏で、後の1860年代に北イタリアに醸造所を立ち上げます。
イタリアと言えば、ワインを連想する方が多いと思いますが、実は、最近、クラフトビールもいろいろ立ち上がってきています。
ともあれ、イタリアのビールと言えば、この金色の口髭を蓄えたおじさんがトレードマークのモレッティが有名ですね。北イタリアのベネチアがあるフリウーリ州に設立されました。当時はイタリアでなく、オーストリア＝ハンガリー帝国の領土だった時代です。今はオランダのハイネケンの傘下です。

Talking of European Big 4 beer after 19 century, there are Bavalian, Dortmunder, Bohemian and Wiener. Wiener style beer was developed by Mr. Anton Dreher and he established a brewery in the north Italy in 1860's.
Talking of Italy, many of them associate wine, however, small crafts breweries are being established recent years.
Anyway, talking of Italian beer, Moretti, whose trade mark is a gentleman with golden moustache is one of famous beer.
