Delirium Tremens and Delirium Nocturnum from Belgium

レオン・ヒュイゲ氏が1902年にベルギーのメールに移住し、1906年に醸造所を入手しましたが、このメールでは1654年から醸造活動がなされていたことが知られています。

1989年末に3種のイースト菌を駆使して独特の風味を持つデリリウム・トレメンスが誕生しました。その独特のパッケージとラベルは消費者に強い印象を与え、ピンクエレファントの上市につながります。

これらビールは日本でもたまに目にします。

It is white beer but not so pale taste. The best of white beer.

Comments

It is muddied dark brown beer with creamy foam. The taste is flagrant and a little bit chocolate flavour.
