Floris Chocolate and Floris Kriek from Belgium

このブログを書いて、今頃になって気付いたのですが、この会社は結構手広くやっています。

多種多様なビールを取り揃えています。

ちなみにKriekとはフランダース語でさくらんぼを指しますが、Kriek Beerとは、熟成中のビールにさくらんぼを丸ごと加えて発酵を重ねたものをいいます。

I realized Huyghe Brewery has wide assortment of beers when I write the blog.

By the way, Kriek stands for "cherry" in Flanders language and Kriek Beer is defined adding cherries into brewing beer then riping it in addition.
