Kloster Andechs from Germany

ミュンヘンより車で45分ほど、ドイツ南部バイエルン地方の修道院ビールです。Klosterとはドイツ語で修道院の意。創業が1455年とありますので、ベルギーのアビイ（修道院）ビール（Abbey Bier）同様、当時、中世ヨーロッパで、旅する修道僧を迎え入れ、パン（キリストの肉）とビール（飲むパン）を施したのが起源と思われます。現在は、レストランも併設され、この地方の料理がドッペルボックビールとともにサーブされています。

People from all over the world descend daily on the Holy Mountain, also called Bier Mountain by many, and religious Pilgrims have been coming there for well over 500 years. Andechs motto is "Benefit for body and soul". A day trip to this beautiful monastery and church is a must while in Munich.
