草原の城という意のこの醸造所は、元はバーゼル近くの化学工場であったのは有名な話です。ほとんど水のような悪く言えば薄い、よく言えばピュアな味のビールです。

The most remarkable aspect of the Feldschlössen beers is the brewery, whose name means "Castle in the Field". It is a former chemicals factory near Basel, set in rolling and verdant grounds, designed, as the name indicates, like a castle.
