Wieckse from The Netherlands

ベルギー国境に近いオランダは美食の街といわれるマーストリヒトのビールですが、特にBrut（ドライという意味）のコメントは「本当にこれはビールか？」と散々です。
白ビールを基本とする醸造所のようですが、まだ当時、白ビールの味を理解していなかった時かもしれません。

Wieckse comes from the same Saxon root as the English "wick" and means a settlement. Although it is from Maarstricht where is close to Belgium, my comment was severe.
Probably I had not understand the taste of white beer, yet at that time...

It is muddy lemon colour beer and smooth to drink.  Best served at 6-8C.
