La Trappe from The Netherlands

スイスのビールが終わり、次は思い出深いオランダのビールです。
6年前の2009年に投稿したラ・トラップ（http://beer-a-holic.blogspot.jp/2009/11/la-trappe-blond-from-netherlands.html）ですが、実は4つ全ての種類にチャレンジして、それぞれがいい味を持つビールです。
ラ・トラップはオランダ唯一の修道院（トラピスト）ビールです。・・・が、その歴史は紆余曲折があり、1884年からビール醸造始めるも、修道僧の高齢化と人手不足よりババリアビール醸造所からスタッフを招聘してしまいます。修道僧が醸造に関わっていないため、修道院ビールの名称とロゴを剥奪されます。にも関わらず、ロゴを継続使用したため、トラピスト会で問題となり、協議の結果、修道僧が毎日決まった時間、指導と監督をすることで、2005年に再び正式なトラピストビールとして認められるようになりました。
ブロンド、デュベル、トリペル、クアドルペルの4種類。そのうちクアドルペルは秋限定のビンテージビール（アルコール度数10％！）です。

Let me start to introduce Dutch beer which of my memorable country. Although I introduced La Trappe once in 2009 on this blog, I tried all kinds of la Trappe.
La Trappe is only one Trappist beer in The Netherlands, however the history is through the twists and turns. The logo of Trappist Beer had forfeited the right to use because staffs of Bavaria Brewery were invited to brew due to the aging Trappists and lack of them. Nevertheless, the brewery stick to use the log thus it was getting problem. After the discussion, it was approved again to be Trappist Beer with instruction and manage by the Trappists for several hours per day.

It is good balanced taste. It was the best until 19th March. Best served at 10-14 C.

La Trappe Dubbel

Alcohol   6.5%

It is dark brown coloured beer with less foam.

La Trappe Tripel

Alcohol   8.0%

Comments

It is stronger alcohol taste than blond version. Best served at 10-14 C.

La Trappe Quadrupel

Alcohol 10% 

Comments

It is dark brown coloured beer with coffee colour creamy foam. Very full body taste with sweet and fruity flavour.
