Rugenbräu from Switzerland

スイスのインターラーケンのビールです。ツヴィッケルは濁りがあり、（水のような飲みやすいスイスビールとしては）苦みのあるビールとコメントしています。ツヴィッケルビールは別名ケラービールとも呼ばれ、本来、濾過されずに売られるまで熟成タンクの中で置かれたものを指します。劣化防止のため苦みを強くしています。これが転じて、今日では無濾過ビールをツヴィッケルビールと呼ぶそうです。ツヴィッケル本来の意味は樽に入っているビールを味見するために樽につけられた蛇口を指します。
ヘルは逆にクリアーとか輝いたという意ですが、ビールの世界では淡色ラガーを指します。
いずれにせよ、この2つのビールはスイスビールとしてはしっかりした味です。

Zwickel is called another name as Keller beer which is served from beer barrel directly with non-filtered. The original meaning of Zwickel is a faucet of beer barrel.
Hell means clear or shining originally but Pale Lager in beer world.
Anyway, the both is full body taste unlike common Switzerland beers.
