The Caledonian Brewing Company from UK

駐在していたコペンハーゲンからLCCでイギリスのニューキャッスルに飛び、車でエッチラオッチラ北上してエジンバラまで行った際にゲットしたビールです。
このエジンバラでウィスキーの世界の扉をノックしましたが、ハマることなく、スコットランドエールを堪能しました。
3番目にあるスラロームストロングは今はもはや醸造されていないビールです。

I got them when I flight to New Castle by LCC then drove to Edinburgh, Scotland. Talking of Scotland, it is Whisky but I prefer Scotland ale to Scotch. :-)
Unfortunately, Slalom Strong is no longer brewed.

It is the ultimate Scottish Ale with a rich, strong flavour yet it is surprisingly smooth to drink. I don’t think it is not typical UK beer taste.

Mc. Ewan’s Scotch Ale

Dark brown colour ale with sweet after taste and less foam.

Slalom Strong

Alcohol  9.0%

It is strong and amber colour beer with a little bit sweet flaver from Scotland. It is awarded The International Brewing, Bottling & Allied Traders’ Exhibition in 1976.



Bull Dog Strong Ale

Alcohol  6.3%

It is amber colour beer and creamy form with tea flavour.
