コレージは上面発酵で造られたアンバーエール。フィレンツェの南にある小さな町、アペッキオのマイクロブリュワリーで造られる、じっくりとワイングラスでいただきたいワインと思わせるようなビール（エール）です。

Collesi is amber ale which is brewed by low fermentation. It is a micro brewery from Apecchio, a charming medieval town in the countryside of Italy's Marche region.

Dark Amber colour beer with rich foam. The most excellent and full body taste as Amber Ale with moderate bitter after taste. Should be served by wine glass.
